Tiberiu- Gabriel Simionescu is a senior clinical research professional with over 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 19 years in clinical trial management and 15 years in project leadership. He has successfully led global Phase I–IV clinical studies across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, managing programs involving up to 200 sites and 1,800 patients.

Specialized in Rheumatology and Gastroenterology, he is recognized for delivering studies on or ahead of schedule and ensuring operational excellence across complex, multinational projects. His leadership experience spans major global CROs, including Labcorp, ICON plc, PRA Health Sciences, and Parexel, and he currently serves as Lead Project Manager at ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine GmbH.

He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in General Medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” Bucharest (1997–2003), and was awarded SOCRATES/Erasmus and Lions Club scholarships in Germany and Austria
