Dr. Sorin Visan is a medical doctor with a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and over 16 years of experience in clinical research. As part of ARENSIA’s founding team, he has played a key role in the company’s development and operational excellence.

He began his career at ARENSIA as a Project Manager, where he excelled in managing complex early-phase (Phase I/II) clinical trials in various therapeutic areas, including SAD, MAD, BE, PK studies in renal and hepatic impairment, and proof-of-concept trials. In 2013, he advanced to supervising project operations and project management activities, ensuring projects were delivered in accordance with ARENSIA’s quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

As Corporate Quality Assurance Director, Dr. Vi?an oversaw the Quality Management System and contributed to maintaining operational integrity across global sites. In his current position as Director of Corporate Trial Operations, he leads, coaches, and develops project managers across multiple countries and spearheads the implementation of new technologies within ARENSIA.

A strong believer in teamwork, mentorship, and continuous improvement, Dr. Vi?an combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to ensure quality, compliance, and the successful delivery of clinical research programs.
