Laurentiu Dasca is a Physician, EMBA, and Senior Healthcare Executive with over 20 years of experience leading hospitals, clinics, and medical operations. He has extensive expertise in healthcare management, business development, clinical governance, and operational excellence.

A strategic visionary, he has successfully transformed healthcare business models, managed multidisciplinary teams, and driven organizational growth while ensuring quality and compliance. He is a member of the Health Commission of the American Chamber of Commerce and a Fellow of the Aspen Institute Romania Healthcare & Quality of Life Program.

Currently, as Country Manager of ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine (since 2021), he oversees international Phase I/II clinical research operations and manages hospital activities, ensuring adherence to global standards. His previous roles include Hospital Manager at “Prof. Dr. Agrippa Ionescu” University Emergency Clinical Hospital, Chief Medical Operations Officer at Affidea Romania, and leadership positions at Medicover Romania and Med Experts.

Dr. Dasca began his career as an emergency medicine specialist at leading hospitals in Bucharest and holds an Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy (Vienna) and two Master’s degrees in Healthcare Management from UMF “Carol Davila” Bucharest.
