Marcin Kolakowski is the Vice-President for Medicinal Products at Poland’s Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products (URPL), where he oversees the authorization of medicinal products, clinical trials, and regulatory documentation. With over 15 years of leadership in pharmaceutical regulation, he represents Poland on the Management Board of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and participates in international regulatory cooperation through the International Coalition of Medicines Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA).

He is also a member of the Transparency Council at the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System (AOTMiT). A pharmacist by training, he holds a Master of Pharmacy from the Warsaw Medical Academy and an MBA from the University of Warsaw.
