Leontina Voicea

Leontina Voicea—Senior Clinical Research Manager with over 20 years of experience in clinical research, biology, and the management of multidisciplinary teams. She is currently leading clinical research operations at Novo Nordisk Farma SRL, where she holds the position of Country Head Clinical. Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as Interim Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory Director and Country Clinical Research Manager for top pharmaceutical companies, including Merck Sharp & Dohme and Sanofi-Aventis.

She is highly regarded for her expertise in clinical study planning and management, implementing innovative solutions to optimize processes, as well as her strong leadership and coaching abilities. Over the years, she has led and contributed to research projects across multiple therapeutic areas, including obesity, cardiovascular diseases, rare diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, NASH, oncology, diabetes, rheumatology, neurology, asthma, and renal insufficiency, covering all phases of clinical trials (I–IV).

She serves as the leader of the Clinical Studies Working Group within ARPIM (the Romanian Association of International Medicines Manufacturers), actively contributing to the development and promotion of high-quality standards and innovation in clinical research.

With excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, she is committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence in medical research.
