Head of Monitoring, Clinical Operations Unit, CDC Poland, Novo Nordisk

With over 20 years of experience in clinical research, biology and multidisciplinary team management, she currently leads clinical research operations at CDC Poland, Novo Nordisk, as Head of Monitoring. Throughout her career, she has held senior positions, including Interim Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Director and Country Clinical Research Manager, at leading pharmaceutical companies such as Merck Sharp & Dohme and Sanofi-Aventis.

She has extensive expertise in clinical study planning and management, implementing innovative solutions to optimise processes, and leading and coaching multidisciplinary teams. Her experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including obesity, cardiovascular diseases, rare diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), oncology, diabetes, rheumatology, neurology, asthma and renal insufficiency. She has contributed to clinical trials across all phases (I–IV).

She leads the Clinical Studies Working Group within ARPIM (the Romanian Association of International Medicines Manufacturers), where she actively contributes to the development and promotion of high-quality standards and innovation in clinical research.
