Ana Stoikovic MSc, DMD is an experienced clinical research leader, trainer, and the founder of Svarog Research, a company based in Zagreb, Croatia, specializing in clinical trials, education, and consulting.

With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors, Ana has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Clinical Operations. She also serves as Chair of the Training Working Group at the European CRO Federation (EUCROF), where she actively contributes to the development and delivery of educational programs across Europe.

Ana holds an MSc in Periodontology and is a Doctor of Dental Medicine as well as a licensed psychotherapist, integrating her understanding of human behavior and communication into clinical trials leadership, collaboration and training.
