Doris Neuhauser is a senior clinical research executive with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and contract research organisation (CRO) sectors across Europe. Her expertise spans clinical research operations across a range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neuroscience, immunology, infectious diseases, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and rare diseases.

Following 20 years at Eli Lilly in leadership roles across the DACH region and Italy, she became Country Head of PSI CRO Austria, where she leads the Austrian affiliate, overseeing operational excellence, clinical trial delivery, regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

In summer 2026, Doris co-founded the Austrian CRO Alliance to strengthen and advance Austria’s clinical trial landscape.

As an Executive Board Member of EUCROF and Chair of the IMPACT Working Group (Improving and Acting for a Stronger European Clinical Trials Environment), Doris works with European institutions, national associations, regulators and industry stakeholders to strengthen Europe’s clinical research environment and advance initiatives such as the EU Biotech Act and ACT EU.
